The Portrait Booking

On the day, I’ll arrive at your home and come in for a quick chat, leaving my equipment in the car. This will give you a chance to let me know exactly what images you are hoping to get. If the booking is for a family shoot, it’s also a really good opportunity for me to meet your children and say hello, so that they can start to get to know me.

Once we’ve had a chat, I’ll happily help you to choose some clothes which would be suitable for the shoot. Obviously, this is completely optional, you can wear whatever you like! Do bear in mind, though, that very fashionable items can date easily and your precious photo’s will be around long after fashion has moved on.

For baby portraits, we will spend about 1 hour in your home. For children and adults, we will spend around 2 hours in the locations of your choice.

Between 1-2 weeks after the photo-shoot, your images will be ready to view. This will be in the form of a digital slideshow projected onto a large screen which I will bring to your home. You’ll have plenty of time to select the images you would like. You will then be able to choose how you want your images to be displayed, based on your person taste and décor. Children often become bored during this time to it may be easier for you if we arrange a time when you can view the images without interruption.

Once you have made your selection of images and products, they will be delivered to you within 4 weeks. During this time, all of your images will be available on the website for family and friends to view.
